Before picking up your Escapod, itโ€™s important to ensure your vehicle is properly equipped for towing. Your tow vehicle must have a 7-pin connection, a 2โ€ receiver, a 2โ€ ball at the correct height (unless using a fully articulating hitch), and a brake controller installed and tested (if electric brakes are included in your build). For guidance, check out our towing guide as well as our pre-flight, pre-season, and post-season checklists for more info on care and maintenance.

Registration

Registration requirements vary by state. Escapod offers a streamlined registration process in-house, allowing registration in any state for a flat fee of $250 plus applicable state taxes and registration fees. If you are financing your trailer, Escapod is required to handle the registration process in your home state.
