Purchasing an Escapod trailer is an exciting journey, and we’ve designed a clear process to guide you from customization to pickup. Whether you're exploring options, securing your build, or preparing for ownership, each step ensures a smooth experience. Here’s what to expect as you move through the process.

1 - Build Your Trailer

The first step in purchasing your Escapod trailer is to build out your dream trailer on our Build & Price page. This tool allows you to customize your build and explore available options. If you're considering financing, this is also the perfect time to get pre-approved for an RV loan to streamline the process.

2 - Review With Sales

Once you’ve completed your build, you can submit your no-commitment quote so you have a copy of your build sent to your email, as well as to our sales team. After submission, our team will be in touch to answer any questions you may have, and discuss the next steps of the process if you’re ready to move forward.

3 - Purchase Agreement & Deposit

After receiving your quote and speaking through your build by call or email, we will draft an estimate and purchase agreement for review. Once signed, a non-refundable $5,000 deposit is due immediately to secure your position in the build queue. At this point your trailer build is still changeable, with the exception of the trim model, and color selection, which must be locked in at the time of signing.

4 - Finalize Details

In the week following the purchase agreement signature, you’ll have a final build call with our sales team to confirm all details and add-ons, which will be locked in at this stage.

5 - Pay Balance

As your trailer enters production (approximately 15 days before completion), you will receive an invoice due on net15 terms, which ensures that all payments are cleared before your trailer is ready for pickup. Final payment must be completed and cleared the day before pickup—if not, we will reach out to reschedule your handoff appointment.

6 - Prep for Pickup

Your journey to owning an Escapod TOPO2 is almost complete. Once your trailer is built and ready for pickup, it’s time to prepare for ownership—from ensuring your tow vehicle is properly equipped to handling registration and scheduling your handoff.
