Escapod offers three delivery tiers to fit your needs: Flat Rate, Basic Expedited, and Premium Expedited. Our Flat Rate option provides reliable delivery at the best value, while Expedited ensures a faster turnaround. For the ultimate experience, our white glove service includes priority delivery and in-person complete walkthrough by a member of the Escapod Sales Team.

Delivery Location
For safety and ease of delivery, we coordinate a meeting at a nearby large parking lot, such as Walmart or Home Depot, where there is ample space to unload your trailer. This ensures a smooth handoff without tight turns or clearance issues. Our team will provide the exact location in advance and work with you to make the process as convenient as possible.
Handoff Process
Your trailer ownership journey begins before delivery. We’ll ensure you have everything you need to safely tow it away. After delivery, we’ll meet during a 90-minute Virtual Trailer Orientation at your convenience, giving you a complete walkthrough of your new TOPO2 and a chance to ask any questions.
Liability During Transport
We take full liability for your trailer while it is in transport, ensuring it is fully insured from the moment it leaves our facility until it is safely delivered to you. Our professional transport partners follow strict safety protocols to protect your vehicle from damage. In the unlikely event of an issue, our comprehensive coverage and dedicated support team will handle any necessary claims. Your peace of mind is our priority, so you can trust that your Escapod is in safe hands every step of the way.
